Soot can travel throughout a home when a fire occurs. Even areas that do not burn can appear to
look beyond hope. Using specially formulated dry sponges soot can be "lifted" from many such areas.
At times degeasers may be needed for the finishing touch once the sponge has lifted off soot
particles.
